Indication: Medicine comes into play in all diseases where the heart is primarily involved, weakness, and dilatation of the myocardium. Its greatest indication is in the failure of compensation and especially when articular fibrillation is set in. Ingredients: Anthemis Nobilis Q, Capsicum Annum Q, Dioscorea Villosa Q, Lobelia Inflata Q. Coca Q. 

Mode of Action:

1. Anthemis Nobilis Q:   “Burnett” has recorded a case in which violent gastric disturbance and  Headaches were caused by “tea”.

Doses:-

• 5 Drops with one spoon of sugar in half a cup of water 4 times daily in low B.P.
• 10 Drops with some water 4 times daily in High B.P.
• In very acute cases 15 minutes to 1 hour
• In Coronary thrombosis 10 drops 3-4 times daily for 3 to 6 month
• In a heart attack 2-3 drops every 5 minutes on the tongue till improvement.
