Patient profile of Jatropha Curcas:  

• Stomach: Hiccough followed by vomiting, nausea aggravated by drinking, with an acrid sensation in the throat. Great thirst. Easy vomiting. Heat and burning in the stomach, accompanied by crampy, constrictive pain in the upper abdomen.

• Abdomen: Distension with gurgling noises. Pain in the hypochondria and region of the liver, extending under the right scapula to the shoulder. Urgent need to urinate.

• Stool: Sudden, profuse, watery diarrhea resembling rice water. Diarrhea is forceful, accompanied by loud gurgling noises in the abdomen, coldness, cramps, nausea, and vomiting.

• Extremities: Muscle cramps, especially in the calves, legs, and feet. Coldness throughout the body. Pain in the ankles, feet, and toes. Sensitivity of the heels.

• Modalities: Symptoms improve by placing hands in cold water.

• Relationship: Similar to Camphor, Veratrum Album, Gamboge, Croton, and Jatropha Urens.
