At Homeomart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Homeomart account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
